At Pizzaiolo, we're committed to using only the finest ingredients. Our dough is made fresh daily using imported Italian "00" flour. We use San Marzano tomatoes for our sauce, fresh mozzarella made locally, and the best seasonal produce available.
Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions. Gluten-free crust is available for an additional $3, but please note our kitchen is not 100% gluten-free.
